Music Licensing
KJD Radio’s internet radio stream is powered by Live365.
Live365 provides music licensing and royalty reporting services for eligible broadcasts delivered through its platform. This includes agreements and reporting arrangements with applicable performing rights organizations and digital music licensing organizations within the territories covered by Live365.
KJD Radio operates its Live365 station in accordance with Live365 broadcaster requirements, including requirements related to music programming, reporting and track metadata.
Song and Artist Information
KJD Radio provides track information, including song titles and artist names, to Live365 as part of the station’s broadcast operation.
This information assists Live365 with applicable royalty reporting and licensing administration.
Streaming Through KJD Online
The radio player available on KJDOnline.com provides access to the KJD Radio stream delivered through Live365.
KJD Online does not provide downloadable copies of copyrighted music through its radio player. Music heard through the player is delivered as part of the Live365 internet radio stream.
Podcasts and Other Content
Music licensing associated with the Live365 radio stream does not necessarily extend to podcasts, downloadable audio, videos, social media content or other media distributed separately from the Live365 stream.
KJD Online is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for copyrighted material used outside the Live365 streaming service.
